LACM is happy to offer apartment style living in partnership with The Cadence, a Student Living Community in Pasadena, California. Our furnished apartments provide LACM students with top quality amenities and student support services for a comfortable living experience. Located just 3 miles from campus, LACM students can utilize a shuttle service to and from campus, as well as convenient walking access to various restaurants, grocers, a gym, and many more.

Once a student has been accepted to LACM, they may make a reservation online for Cadence Housing. Priority spots are given to incoming students and guaranteed for students starting in the Fall Quarter. Students planning to live on campus can take advantage of our roommate matching service. After making a reservation, a link to the roommate questionnaire is emailed out. Roommate preferences and requests can be made but are not guaranteed.

The Cadence also offers Gender Neutral accommodations and limited parking. All units are two bed/two bath apartments furnished with essential living room, dining room and bedroom furniture. Services and amenities include high speed wi-fi, heat & air conditioning, campus shuttle and much more. Single and shared rooms available.
